The High Commissioner of Pakistan has made couple of very interesting and controversial points in his interview.  One being that the dialogue between Pakistan and India will continue on all outstanding issues even if there is another terror attack on India; and secondly, the Indian government does not know where Mr. Dawood Ibrahim is.  My understanding from the many previous press reports is that the Indian government had categorically stated that there will not be any dialogue between India and Pakistan till the terror emanating from Pakistan is eradicated.  Also, the Indian government had given Pakistan government a list of all the different addresses where Mr. Dawood Ibrahim reside - has many properties in Pakistan.  What is confusing is who is telling the truth.  Either the High Commissioner of Pakistan is a lyer or the Indian government is misleading the public.  I think it is important for the Indian government to relay a quick response if the statement made by the High Commissioner of Pakistan has no bearing.  As far as expecting any fruitful results from any type of exchange of dialogues between India and Pakistan, the chances are nil.
