The flip-flop statements emanating from the official of Pakistani government are very annoying and confusing.  One day, the government representative states affirmatively the existence of Mr. Ibrahim in Pakistan and, obviously under pressure, the next day, the same statement is reversed.  It is immaterial whether the Pakistani government admits to his existence in Pakistan or not, but the wavering admittance of Mr. Ibrahim being in Pakistan leads one to believe that there is no sincere desire on the part of Pakistani government to better relations between India and Pakistan.  Under the circumstances, the Indian government ought not to offer any olive branch to the Pakistani government.
