The comments released by a special envoy to Mr. Sharif indicate that Pakistan is still playing tricks and is not forthcoming on this issue. Special Envoy says 'he believes' that Dawood is not in Pakistan. He is not confirming Dawood's exit from Pakistan. Also, if Mr. Sharif's government want to ameliorate relations between the two countries, why did they let Mr. Dawood leave? Why the Pakistani government did not arrest him and hand him over to the Indian government? These are political gimmick and India ought to be very careful about this entrapment. It is the third time Mr. Sharif is sitting on the throne of Islamabad. Why did he not arrest Mr. Dawood before and hand him over to the Indian authorities? Why all of a sudden this change? Is he not listening to the ISI/military nexus who have been providing shelter to Mr. Dawood since 1993? It is something which needs to be probed thoroughly. Unless Pakistan helps eradicate terror menace from its territory completely, hand over Mr. Dawood to India, demolish terror camps in its territory, India ought not to move forward with any olive branch. India has been engaged with Pakistan on multilevel dialogues since 1947, nothing concrete has come out of those summit meetings. It is a sheer waste of time, money and resources. LET PAKISTAN FIRST SHOW SOME SINCERE EFFORTS TO BE A PLEASANT. NEIGHBOR.
