What Mr. Attrey has been doing for the last 5-years is another addition to the chapter of rapists.  Everyday we read and hear stories of this type of crime which is sickening and degrading for the female community of India.  It needs to be stopped and the perpetrators ought to be punished severely.  It may need a constitutional amendment as to how to treat the MPs and other government officials at par with the ordinary citizens of India, but this is something the legislators have to think and think quickly before this menace gets out of hand.  In this writer's opinion, the rapists- once proven guilty - should be put behind bar without parole for life at least.  This law ought to be applicable on the same basis irrespective of his caste, creed, party affiliation, age and the status in the society.  A more serious crime like what happened in the case of Delhi gang-rape, rapists ought to be hanged in public to set an example for the future such criminals.  THIS SOCIETAL PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE TACKLED NOT WITH FRIENDLY GLOVES, RATHER HAS TO BE HANDLED WITH A HEAVY HANDEDNESS.
