I agree with Mr. Alok's comments.  It was a mistake on the part of an Indian government to send Mr. Singh to Pakistan where he was not treated properly, no respect was accorded to him which every delegate representing his/her government deserves.  Even his counterpart in the host country avoided Mr. Singh to shake hand at least to show some courtesy.  The Indian government should take a cue from this incident and declare their decision that in future no Indian dignitary will visit Pakistan till the Pakistani government eradicates the existence of all the non-state militant actors from its soil.  This policy ought to have zero tolerance - no flexibility at all.
