Pakistan has been trying to make an outstanding issue of Kashmir as an international flash point since 1947, but all in vain. All the previous Prime Ministers tried their best to keep this issue alive in the eyes of all other nations via. the United Nations. However, every time the response from the audience was the same which led to their conclusion that this is an internal matter and ought to be sorted out by India and Pakistan only. Unfortunately, Pakistan is not getting this message. Now what Prime Minster Sharif is doing is putting the monkey on the back of his Parliamentarians to internationalize this outstanding issue. This seems like he has found a scapegoat and is shifting the burden to the legislators. But he is forgetting one thing and that is that being the Prime Minister of a country he can delegate that authority, but cann't escape his responsibility. Ultimately, he is responsible to his citizens on this issue. Therefore, deputing some legislators on this is like swaying a sword in the dark which will not result in anything positive. It is just an eyewash to divert people's attention away from him.

Indeed it is a good news that the international forum - United Nations - has accepted and confirmed 6 residential addresses of a fugitive gang leader Dawood in Pakistan even though the Pakistani government has been denying his existence in its territory from day one. But this confirmation by the United Nations is not enough to arrest him and bring him to justice for the crimes he committed in 1993. What is needed to know is to find out what kind of teeth this announcement has to achieve the ultimate objective to punish this fugitive for his crimes. Can United Nations force the Pakistani government to arrest him and hand him over to the Indian government? If not, then what good is this confirmation of addresses? How and what does India gain anything out of this announcement? UN needs to initiate a resolution to slap stringent sanctions on Pakistan for harboring a criminal who is responsible for the death of hundreds of innocent people in India. India ought to lobby on this issue with the help of USA, Russia and other friendly countries in the civilized world.

I admire the judgement of UK court against Mr. Choudary. He claims and
feels proud to be the narrator of Sharia Law for the last 20 years and
considers it a service to the Muslim community believing in the Sharia
Law. He also claims that the book of Sharia Law is a divine text. I
wonder if he meant that it is a divine text for the Jihadi Muslims
only. Because under the Sharia Law, there is no freedom for the female
community - no education for them, no acceptance of LGBT community, no
tolerance for the non-Muslim communities, and it basically leads one to
the caliphate state - killing and torturing innocent people. This text
does not lead any one to the spiritualism. So, how can it be a divine
text? Mr. Choudary and his followers are bunch of brainwashed militants
who deserve severe punishment. They are the traitors. While living in
the UK excite others to rise against the nation which is feeding them.
They are bunch of people who are exploiting the soft tenets of
democracy. They need to be treated with a heavy handedness. Kudos to
the UK judicial system.
I agree with the factual narration of our Kashmir issue with
Pakistan. I also agree with him about the conclusion of how it is going
to be resolved. In my opinion there are three ways to look at the
Kashmir issue. One being, to accept LOC as the international boundary
which will not guarantee prevalence of peace in the area because of
non-state actors' efforts to disrupt any agreement between India and
Pakistan, second being, keep fighting the ways both nations have been
fighting since 1947 and the third being what the writer of this article
has insinuated and that is to have a full scale war and the winner takes
it all. No third party is needed to solve this issue. If there is a
war now between India and Pakistan on the Kashmir border, I do not think
China, a big brother of Pakistan, will get involved because of covert
backing from the USA to India.

In a way Chinese leader visiting India is insinuating that India should not follow other countries who are objecting an encroachment of China in the South China Sea. Also, he is hinting that if India does not follow what China is insinuating, there could be business repercussions. I think India ought not to listen to China on this issue at all. China never helped India on any international issue. Why should India come to support China on this illegal occupation of international waters. China should abide by the United Nations Tribunal judgment. India should not support China on any issue unless China first vacate Indian territory occupied by them in the Ladakh area, shun all claims on Arunachal Prades and start stamping Indian Passports for the people of Kashmir visiting China along with supporting India for the entry in the NSG. As far as business tariff situation is concerned, it should always be reciprocal failing which there should not be any business agreement. Choice should be of China what they want to do. Do they want an acrimonious relationship with India or live in a friendly environment in that region?

The type of diplomatic treatment provided to Mr. Rajnath Singh in
Pakistan is deplorable. No respect was accorded to him which every
delegate
representing his/her government deserves. Pakistani leadership treated
him like a third class citizen. I think it was a mistake on the part of
an
Indian government to send Mr. Singh to Pakistan. Even his counterpart
in the
host country avoided Mr. Singh to shake hand at least to show some
courtesy. The Indian government should take a cue from this incident
and declare their decision that in future no Indian dignitary will visit
Pakistan till the Pakistani government eradicates the existence of all
the non-state militant actors from its soil. Those militants who were
demonstrating in the vicinity of venue of SAARC meeting were supported
by the nexus of Pakistani military/ISI. It shows that this was a
pre-planned activity with the blessing of Pakistani leadership. Mr.
Khan is giving India a lecture not to attack an unarmed people in
Kashmir which is not what is happening in Kashmir. These separatists
are fully armed and supported by Pakistan. May be Mr. Khan is forgetting
what his own government is doing in Balochistan and in other
territories. They are killing innocent unarmed people mercilessly.
Let's talk about it Mr. Khan. Till Pakistan eradicates terrorism from
its soil, India should show a zero tolerance dealing with Pakistan - no
flexibility at all.

I agree with Mr. Alok's comments. It was a mistake on the part of an Indian government to send Mr. Singh to Pakistan where he was not treated properly, no respect was accorded to him which every delegate representing his/her government deserves. Even his counterpart in the host country avoided Mr. Singh to shake hand at least to show some courtesy. The Indian government should take a cue from this incident and declare their decision that in future no Indian dignitary will visit Pakistan till the Pakistani government eradicates the existence of all the non-state militant actors from its soil. This policy ought to have zero tolerance - no flexibility at all.

Everything in this article is true of what Sharia Law dictates and Islam
in general propagates. However, the problem is as to how to convince
the liberals that a big tidal wave of Islamism is approaching the
civilian society and it is about time to erect a dam to control the flow
of this tide. Liberals are so spineless and limpy that they do not
have the courage to stand up to these radicals and shut them up in their
own country - Angela Merkel is a live example. In my opinion, all
Muslims, a few 'exceptions' are not part of my statement, are anti
non-Muslims. If you are not Muslim, you are Kafir and worthy to be
punished. Even the few 'exceptions', as I referred above, hate
non-Muslims and given an opportunity, they will follow their brothers
and sisters and be ready to punish the non-Muslims. A benign behavior
shown by those 'exceptions' is just a sign of compromise because they
know that they cann't win against the western nations yet. In fact,
those 'exceptions' are helping the radicals to stay alive in the western
nations. Live example is what is happening in Europe and in America.
One cann't criticize any act of Muslim against the non-Muslim because it
will be considered as racist. Black Lives Matter movement originated
by opportunists civil leaders is helping Muslims also to stay alive and
thrive on the weak and lenient tenets of democratic constitution.
Without a strong leader (s) in America and Europe, time may not be too
far when caliphate will replace our fundamental rights of - life,
liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Europe has started paying a heavy price in the shape of destruction of
public property as well as loss of lives of innocent civilians due to
the activities of fundamentalists. It is all because of liberal
policies of European leaders. Leaders with deep pockets full of
petro-dollars have a long term vision and planning to overcome the West,
and once they achieve their objective, the West will be ruled by the
Sharia Law. Everybody knows then what the life style of people will
be. The time is not in favor of civilized world. Jihadis can wait and
keep doing what they are doing which is eliminating us in installments
with the help of their sleeping cells. It is about time the civilized
nations and leaders wake up and keep aside politics and personal greed,
and initiate stern measures to eradicate the existence of jihadis. It
can be done only by one way and that is to confiscate the source of
their revenue and financial aid emanating from the Sheikhs. The western
nations have to sooner or later face these Middle Eastern Sheikhs and
stop cash flow to the Jihadis, failing which the situation will take a
very unimaginable turn.
