As we all know, the world is a male-dominated society and the women are considered a weaker sex which means in most of the countries women, especially the Muslim women, have a very little recourse to demand and gain their legitimate rights. The lack of such outlets for the women definitely warrants special arrangement and channels through which they are able to achieve their rights. However, setting separate courts which will operate under the Sharia/Koran laws to handle Muslim women's cases is little bit of the line concept. What does it show? It shows that the law of the land is not able to deliver justice to the Muslim women and there is a need to set up parallel legal system which is not based on the law of the land. Or is it that the governments in various states want to pacify the Muslim voting bank to maintain their own chairs. Whatever the reason may be, this writer holds an opinion that by rectifying the existing laws, these female victims can enjoy a satisfactory results.

Mr. Modi has good intentions about the country and what Saint Ramdev is saying is also in the interest of India. He is not preaching any monolithic religious teachings instead he is propagating the points which will eventually bring more prosperity in the country. Can some one convince this writer what is wrong with Saint Ramdev's Policy? Is bringing back unaccounted funds sitting in foreign banks bad? Is removal of corruption from the Indian system is adverse to the well-being of Indians? Is the punishment he is suggesting for the criminals not adequate to overcome this menace from the society? If everything what Saint Ramdev is saying is beneficial to the well-being of Indians and especially for the country as a whole, then what is the hitch not to implement this course of action? Those who are in power but are not willing to initiate any action against the criminals leads one to conclude that they have some sort of collusion with the wrong-doers. If that is the case, then I guess the decision lies with the electorates at the polling booth to bring some new leaders who are well wishers of India irrespective of the party they belong to. India has lot of natural resources, lot of brains with good potential, a very powerful literate middle class along with a reliable military might. These assets ought to bring India on the forefront of developed countries and under no circumstances should be allowed to stay behind the crowd due to a personal greed and corruption in the society. THE PRESSURE IS ON THE VOTING BANKS OF INDIA TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION AT THE POLLING BOOTH.

It is a very good gesture to keep the dialogues between China and India open to ameliorate tension between these two countries. However, one has to be very careful in displaying all the defense equipment and strategies in front of Chinese military personnel. We all know that Chinese government has a long range objective and i.e. to establish its hegemony in that part of the world. Their assertive attitude and claim over the South and East China Sea is a clear indication of their hegemonic posture. Needless to say, China has been occupying thousand and thousand square miles of Indian territory in the Leh/Ladakh area since 1962 and claiming Arunachal Pradesh as part of China. What does it show? It shows Chinese expansionist policy in the region which is basically instrumental in creating a bad blood between China and all other nations situated on the embankment of South and East China Sea. One can easily infer that by arranging and agreeing to these military/naval/air force exercises, China is curious to ascertain the might of Indian forces and also to judge the efficacy of Indian armament. HENCE, THERE IS A GREAT NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL IN AGREEING TO SUCH EXERCISES.
